JUNIOR HUSKIES PROGRAM DETAILS

Your child will need ice skates and a hockey helmet to participate and we will provide the rest of the equipment (you can bring your own as well).  All kids will get a jersey and hockey stick that they get to keep!

The Junior Huskies course is designed for children age 3-8. This course is ideal for anyone who has gone through the ACC Learn to Skate program, and needs additional practice skating or is looking to learn hockey specific basic skills.  Sessions will focus on skating exercises that build edge work, basic hockey fundamentals and games.  Walkers are not provided for assistance.  Sessions last 60 minutes, and includes professional instruction in group settings. Upon completion, participants should be ready for the AHYHA Mite/8U program.
