Selling Managers:

1.  Email Ice Scheduler of ice that your team wants to give up.

2.  Ice Scheduler will remove ice from team calendar and tag as ICE AVAILABLE.

3.  Ice Scheduler will send email to Coaches and Managers of available ice on periodic basis.

4. Any ice that is placed ICE AVAILABLE by the team that is not picked up by another will still be charged to the team.

Buying Managers:

1. Review list of ice tagged ICE AVAILABLE.

2. Email Ice Scheduler to request any available ice. 

3. Ice Scheduler will tag your team and add to the team calendar.

4. Ice is distributed first come first served.
